Plain-English version first, full details below. We collect the minimum needed to run your orders — and we never sell it.
We collect the minimum
Username, email, optional WhatsApp number, your orders (public links + quantities) and deposit records. That is essentially everything.
We never ask for passwords
No service on this panel requires your social media password. Anyone asking for one in our name is a scammer.
We never sell data
Your data is used to run the panel — nothing else. No selling, no renting, no "marketing partners".
The Full Policy
1. Data we collect
- Account data: username, email address, password (stored only as a secure hash — we cannot read it), optional WhatsApp number for support.
- Order data: the public links you submit, service, quantity, timestamps and delivery counts.
- Payment data: amount, method, transaction reference and status. Card / UPI / wallet credentials never touch our servers — they are processed entirely by the payment gateway (UPI providers, card processors, crypto processors).
- Technical data: IP address and browser data in standard server logs, used for security and fraud prevention.
2. How we use it
- To deliver and track your orders and show you live progress.
- To credit deposits and match payments to your account.
- To answer support tickets and payment traces.
- To prevent fraud, duplicate-account abuse and chargeback abuse.
- To improve the panel using aggregated, anonymous usage statistics (via analytics tools such as Google Analytics).
3. Who we share it with
- Delivery network: only the public link and quantity of your order — never your identity.
- Payment gateways: only what is required to process your deposit.
- Nobody else. We do not sell, rent or trade personal data. We disclose data only if legally compelled.
4. Cookies
We use essential cookies to keep you signed in and remember preferences (like theme and language), plus analytics cookies to understand aggregate traffic. You can clear or block cookies in your browser at any time — the panel will still work, you will just need to sign in again.
5. Security
All traffic runs over HTTPS. Passwords are hashed, payment credentials stay with the gateways, and admin access is restricted and audited. No system on the internet is 100% immune, but we deliberately keep the amount of sensitive data we hold as close to zero as possible — you cannot leak what you never stored.
6. Retention & your rights
- Account and order history stay while your account is active, so refills and support keep working.
- You can request a copy of your data, or deletion of your account and personal data, at any time — open a ticket or email admin@themainsmm.com. Deletion is completed within 30 days, except records we must keep for fraud-prevention or legal reasons.
7. Changes
If this policy changes materially, we will announce it on the panel. Continued use after an update means you accept the new version.
